POSITION SUMMARY The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team with various cooking tasks. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a solid understanding of food safety practices. The Prep Cook also represents Miller’s Ale House by providing service that reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative environment.

POSITION SUMMARY The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans, as well as providing support to other areas of the BOH. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently. The Dishwasher represents Miller’s Ale House by exhibiting professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire to foster a positive work environment.
